Julien Gosselin adapted and directed Vallende Man by Don Delillo, a production of ITA (Internationaal Theater Amsterdam).
Gosselin talked frankly about his artistic practices and about the chances he gets in Europe thanks to his status of 'big newcomer'. That means: there is room for faillure. But this also brings difficulties forth. His own company suffers from the diverse offers he receives from European theatres to direct their productions.
In short, the conversation gave an interesting insight in how a company can start at the theatre school of Lille (Ecole du Théâtre du Nord) and perform on the big European stages ten years later.
